Tobias joined Kumpan 2009 and has since then worked alongside the co-founders building the foundation of Kumpan.

When Tobias is not consulting himself his responsibilities foremost lays as CTO. That includes;

  • Responsibility for all of Kumpans technical services
  • Developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage, and also making sure they are cost effective
  • Helping departments use technology profitably
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

During this time Tobias has also been assisting in managing and coaching the younger developers. Another important part of his daily routine consists of the recruitment of new colleagues which includes interviewing, screening and administrating/correct technical tests.

In his role as a developer Tobias has worked with clients such as Schibsted, Blocket, Lendo, Bynk, WeBeHome and ATG.

Car & Classic är Storbritanniens största marknadsplats för klassiska bilar. Tobias kom in som fullstack utvecklare med fokus på SEO. Projektet innebar delvis utveckling av hemsidan carandclassic.com samt vidareutveckling av ett internt verktyg för hantering av sidan.

Project Manager & Senior fullstack developer • Radeito

Projektet är en helhetslösning för Radeito, en startup inom verkstadsbokningar, där Kumpan varit med och tagit fram kravspec samt estimat för hela projektet. Systemet utvecklas komplett med kundapp, CRM och Backend. Tobias roll som Project Manager och fullstack developer inkluderar, förutom helthetsansvar för projektet för kumpans räkning; utveckling av backend, frontend, mobilapp, code reviews, teamlead, kundkontakt (med fokus på lösningsarkitektur och affärsutveckling)

Beamingo develops a Point of Sales solution for restaurans and shops. Tobias came in to assist their CTO in building and scaling the team at Baemingo, by setting up structures and ways of working for the team. He also assisted in the development of the platform and a new Express Checkout solution.

ATG is the betting company that knows horse racing. The company was founded in 1974 with the mission to safeguard the long-term development of trotting and thoroughbred racing by offering responsible betting. After the launch of sports & casino Tobias transitioned to a Scrum Master role for the Sport & Casino frontend and backed teams.

Project include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing and facilitating sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daliy standups.
  • Syncing between all frontend and backend teams at ATG.
  • Responsible for handling all releases to production and the admin that included.
  • Coaching the team in SCRUM / Agile methodologies

The 1/1 2019 Swedish gambling law required a license to operate on the swedish market. ATG was one of the first big swedish companies to successfully launch both a casino and a sportbook at 00:01 1/1 2019. Tobias joined the casino team in September 2019 with only 3 months to launch. He was part of the team of developers that built the ATG Casino from the ground up.
