Baemingo is a startup aiming to revolutionize the restaurant industry through technology. They frequently update their technical solutions with the latest advancements to stay at the forefront. As a UX/UI/Service Designer at Baemingo, one works in product-focused 2-week sprints. Sophia has:

  • Been responsible for the final design of the products and created a master file for the design systems. These design systems should have clear guidelines, be easy to use, and represent two versions of the POS system, back office, kitchen display, ready number screen, app, and quick-service checkout.
  • Developed design systems for White Label products: app, online shop, and quick-service checkout. These strike a balance between representing the food chain while also reflecting Baemingo.
  • Tested the products against planned user scenarios/hypotheses to optimize the customer journey.
  • Reviewed the products’ design according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
  • Implemented a process for user testing at Baemingo.
  • Held product ownership over an innovation team for a new product launching in Stockholm and Barcelona.
