10.2023 - Ongoing • 7 monthsThe mission’s first task was to build a full-stack solution with a tight deadline for a customizable and reusable form intended for evaluating workplace Health Factors.
The project was built with front- and backend in PHP. It utilized, among other things, MySQL DB and WordPress with associated plugins such as WPBakery to build reusable components.
During the project, Filip had the opportunity to implement LEAN methodology into the development process and take extra ownership in the project’s management. After the project ended, Filip transitioned to the web management team to further manage the built tools and the rest of Suntarbetsliv’s web.

Frontend Developer • Evoli
10.2022 - 05.2023 • 7 monthsFilip’s first consulting assignment for Kumpan at the insurance company Evoli. The main task was to build a new back office system for Evoli’s claims handlers in collaboration with a smaller team of developers, a product owner, and parts of the company’s management. The task also gave him responsibility for the page’s UX/UI design and participation in the decision-making process concerning the product’s features and the system’s architecture.
During Filip’s time at Evoli, in addition to his regular duties, he also managed to find and implement suggestions for more efficient handling and structuring of product requirements, as well as synchronization of workflows.

01.2021 - 05.2022 • 1 year 4 monthsSingle frontend developer at a high-paced startup utilizing LEAN methodology, where the focus has been on integrating business development into the technical development process.
The frontend projects mainly consisted of functional components written in React with Redux/RTK for state management.
Some backend development in Node.js and integrations with other platforms, and development of web widgets for external use with internal integration.
In this role, Filip was responsible for 6 different codebases, all belonging to the same digital ecosystem. To gain additional insight and understanding of how the various tools were used, he also kept close contact and cooperation with the Customer Success team.
This, combined with recurring customer visits, gave Filip the opportunity to gain insight into the customers’ needs and data for making development decisions on both the technical and business sides of the operations.
